there are times when I barely recognize this City anymore, and a lot of the changes are positive. I have an ingrained dislike of anyone who leaves somewhere in order to enrich somewhere else, and often this hinders my objectivity. Culturally we have made great strides, far more diverse than in my youth, and I believe this creates a vitality that will continue to attract newcomers. In the end it may well be our geography that ensures our future.
